The concept behind the Sunainoie facilities we operate is to be a "home" where loved ones can live, so they are living areas filled with smiles and laughter. They are places that completely reform the idea of nursing homes and serve as new "homes." Through secure caregiving services, we try to enable our residents to enjoy active lives. Let's offer the kind of services that we'd want to receive ourselves in the future! Our entire workforce operates the facilities with this thought in mind. On joining the workforce, employees undergo 3 to 5 weeks of careful and thorough training. We also provide full support for obtaining induction training for new caregivers (former helper 2nd class). This is an environment where even persons with no experience can make their debut in the caregiving industry.
Modified working-hours system – 40 working hours per week (equivalent to 8 hours per day)
Morning shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Day shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Late shift: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Night shift: 4:00 pm to 9:30 am the next morning

- Persons with no previous experience: Starting at 200,000 yen/month (including uniform allowances)
- Persons with previous experience: Starting at 220,000 yen/month (including uniform allowances)
Salary is commensurate with previous experience and the like.
In addition, various type of allowances are also paid, including a regional allowance, treatment-improvement allowance, family allowance, qualification allowance, and overtime allowance.
|Examples of Annual Salaries||
3.11 million yen – Monthly wage of 203,500 yen (including uniform allowances) + various allowances – 1st-year employee with no previous experience
3.60 million yen – Monthly wage of 229,200 yen (including uniform allowances) + various allowances – 3rd-year employee with previous experience
Shift system: 2 days off per week (at least 9 days off per month [8 days off in February]) 110 days off per year
